Before cleaning these industrial ovens, our technicians carefully contained the adjoining kitchen exhaust system. Proper procedures, including the use of an air scrubber, were taken to ensure no contaminants could escape from the ovens during the cleaning process.  

This industrial oven cleaning project occurred in a hospital; therefore,  Service-Tech followed the cleaning standards and protocols for Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), as well as the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) protocols.
